Vegan Runners UK is one of, if not the largest community of vegan athletes in the UK. By joining this worthy running club vegans can connect with like-minded individuals whilst having fun, and staying fit and healthy.

Vegan Runners understands that taking up running can be daunting for newcomers, but the best advice they can give is to get out there and enjoy it! They offer a nine-week couch to 5km program that even the most novice of runners will be able to conquer, and also undertake longer running events hosted in the UK and aboard.

As vegans, the Vegan Runners advocate a cruelty-free lifestyle and encourage all to go plant-based. They not only run, but organize and arrange various vegan socials and support animal rights movements and events.

If cruelty and the environment is not enough to convince a runner to go vegan, they aim to educate athletes on the performance advantages of cutting out animal products.
