Bhuti is an eco-wellbeing center situated in the middle of the leafy suburb of Richmond, focusing on yoga, fitness and mental wellbeing.

Bhuti understands that although we are more connected than ever, we are also more cut off from ourselves than ever before. With the pressure that comes with everyday life, we need a break from the world and to find our centres again, and that’s where they come in.

As an eco-wellbeing escape, Bhuti offers a refuge from the stresses and strains of modern-day living with carefully crafted classes, treatments and activities meant to make the mind, body and spirit flourish.

They offer a wide variety of yoga classes including Anusara, Hatha, Aerial, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga. They also instruct pregnancy and post-natal yoga classes for new mums. Fitness classes available include (to name a few) Bhuti box, Pilates and ‘Bhuti burn’ which is high-intensity interval training.

But Bhuti is more than just an establishment meant to tone the physical self, they offer an assortment of spiritual, mental and restorative workshops as well. Some of these include meditation classes, psychic workshops, energy balance classes, crystal healing and health pilgrimages.

After the wellness sessions, customers can relax at the Bhuti Café, the only 100% vegan, gluten-free café in South West London. Their healthy, delicious food includes breakfasts of avocado on toast, granola or porridge served with banana, toasted nuts and grains. For lunch, a variety of Buddha (Bhuti) bowls are available as well as soup and a choice dish of the day. To finish, a selection of raw vegan cakes, crisps and protein balls are available.
